AN PARÁID!
A fortnight ago, we enjoyed a Paráid that will live long in the memory—full of fun, colour, and community spirit. Thank you to our parents, guardians, and grandparents who turned out in such great numbers to help us celebrate Lá Fhéile Pádraig in style. A special word of thanks to our Grand Marshals on the day, Jason, our youngest pupil, and another Jason, our eldest pupil, who led the parade with great pride, alongside the boys from Ms. Dunne’s class.
We were wonderfully entertained and guided throughout by our talented MCs, Luke, Aaron, and Alex from 6th class, along with Ciaran and Daniel from 4th class, who kept the energy high and the crowd engaged. Behind the scenes, Darragh and Charlie did a fantastic job as our tech advisors, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
A big thank you also to our parade assistants, Oscar, James, and Senan, as well as Mrs. Regan’s class, who worked so hard to help set up and prepare for the day. The atmosphere was brought to life by our brilliant musicians, Sean, Oscar, and Tomas, with Colm dazzling everyone with his dancing.
Finally, sincere thanks to Mrs. Regan and Ms. Power for organising such a memorable event, and to Mr. Jones for his help with the setup. Once again, our incredible staff came together to create a day that the Hollypark boys will never forget.
Bhí cách ag tsnúth go mór leis an bparáid sa chlós. Bhí áthas an domhain orainn fáilte a chur roimh na tuismitheoirí ar fad arís in mbliana! Bhí tús iontach leis an bparáid. Míle buíochas do Chlann Carron. Maith sibh Tomás agus Colm. Rinne na páistí an-iarracht amhráin, rainn and dánta a foghlaim.
A bhuachaillí- ba cheart daoibh a bheith an-bhródúil. Bhí sibh ar feabhas ar fad.

60th CELEBRATION
The boys (and girls) from 3rd to 6th class will attend Mass on Thursday at 11 am as part of our celebrations marking the 60th anniversary of Hollypark schools. This is a special occasion for our school community, and we look forward to gathering together in reflection and celebration. All pupils attending are asked to wear their full school uniform.
Parents, Guardians, Grandparents, and all members of the school community are invited to attend.
Leprechaun Traps in Rang a Dó!
Bí cúramach passing Rang a Dó - you might just get caught! Our crafty pupils have been busy designing leprechaun traps! We have big plans for the pot of gold... should their sneaky ploy succeed!

Rock your socks for Down Syndrome Ireland
Friday, March 27th
Get ready to rock your socks for Down Syndrome Ireland! We are inviting all pupils and staff to wear their most colourful, fun socks to school as a vibrant show of support and inclusion. This simple but powerful gesture helps raise awareness and celebrate the uniqueness and abilities of people with Down syndrome. There will also be a bucket collection at the school gate for anyone who wishes to contribute, with all proceeds going to this very worthy cause. Let’s come together as a school community to spread positivity, spark conversations, and show that everyone belongs. Dig out your brightest socks and join us in making a difference!

SPECIAL GUEST- THE TRIPLE CROWN!
Friday is shaping up to be a wonderfully busy and exciting day in our school! We are thrilled to welcome a very special guest—the Triple Crown—fresh from the incredible success of the Irish Rugby team in this year’s Six Nations Championship. To mark the occasion, the boys are invited to wear their Irish rugby gear with pride (alongside their colourful socks, of course!) as we celebrate both sporting achievement and inclusion. It promises to be a fantastic day filled with energy, community spirit, and plenty of green! A huge thank you to the Ireland coach and parent of Max and Quin, Andrew Goodman, for organising the Triple Crown visit.

HAPPY EASTER
Wishing all our families and the wider school community a very happy and peaceful Easter. We would like to sincerely thank you for your continued support, kindness, and partnership. It is truly valued and makes such a difference to our school. Hollypark is thriving, with resources better than ever. We remain committed to continually enhancing our provision and advocating for every child in our care. Our success is built on the dedication and collaboration of our wonderful staff—teachers, SNAs, office team, and caretaker—all working together as one team with a shared goal. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to our boys for being such marvellous students; we are incredibly lucky to have them as part of the Hollypark community.

This week is a special week for these great boys: Ollie Hennessey, Alex Hennessey, Eanna Mc Carthy, Danil Chudinovskikh, Andrei Sili, Ryan O' Reilly, Michael Igoe, James Sheridan, Alan Cui, Jack Ward, Finn Brophy, Cillian Lardiner, Aidan Mc Gee, Conan mc Gee, Ezra Townes, Arthur O' Hanlon & Hugo Mulholland.
Have a wonderful celebration, boys!

COYBIG!
It’s all eyes on the big game as the Republic of Ireland football team prepares to face Czechia in the World Cup playoffs tomorrow—COYBIG! The green jerseys will be out in force, the nerves will be jangling, and the nation will be roaring from kickoff to final whistle. A special Hollypark shoutout to Hugo, who had the honour of meeting the team on Monday, and no doubt he sprinkled a little of that famous Hollypark charm and passed on some much-needed luck! We’re quietly confident the lads will be powered by Hugo’s magic… and maybe just a few extra cheers from all of us back home. Come on, Ireland!
