Parents will mingle and get to know one another with the help of tea and coffee served by our Parents' Association. As one class group gets ready to move to pastures new, we look forward to beginning the cycle again with our new classes.

2ND CLASS PARTY

Thank you to our fabulous Parents' Association for organising a 2nd class party in Granada last week. The sun shone, Reuben entertained and Teddy's Ice Cream provided the treats! It was a day enjoyed by all.

GRANADA FOOTBALL CLUB

The excitement in Hollypark was palpable last week as our senior infant boys got ready to play their first soccer matches for Granada. So exciting in fact, I had to go and witness the event first hand. I had the pleasure of watching from the sidelines and hordes of Hollypark boys (and girls!) took to the pitches of Granada last Sunday. I was very impressed with the skill levels, the teamwork, the listening skills and above all, the enjoyment that the boys (and girls) got out of the matches. Coaches, we salute you. Well done giving of your free time to ensure children are growing up with a positive relationship with sports. Boys (and girls) well done, you were all fantastic and I can't wait to watch you all again soon.

LEAVING CERTIFICATE CLASS '22-23

Best wishes to the Leaving Certificate of '22-23 who begin exams next week. Your 6th class photograph has been removed from the wall, placed in the staffroom with a candle (battery operated!) lighting beside it. We will be praying for you. Remember to 'Be The Best You Can Be'.

I have attached the boys' Junior Infant photograph from 2009 that hangs proudly on our school corridor. (apologies for the poor quality!)
