We were very lucky to have a special visitor in Hollypark this morning. This morning we welcomed an up and coming Irish rugby star, Garry Ringrose, who plays his provincial rugby for Leinster and has been a recent newcomer to the Irish squad.

Garry spoke to the boys in the upper end of the school, giving them wise words of advice on the importance of trying many sports and keeping fit and active.

He also spoke about the importance of having fun and enjoying their chosen sport.

Garry took time out of his busy schedule to make a surprise visit the boys in Mr. O’ Donovan’s class. They were over the moon.

We wish Garry all the very best for this season and hope to see him back again soon in Hollypark.
